Veggie Scramble


Ingredients

  • 3 large Eggs

  • 2 Tablespoons chopped Onions

  • 2 oz. chopped Red Pepper

  • 2 oz. chopped Mushrooms

  • 2 Tablespoons Ghee (or Clarified Butter)

  • 1 large block Mild Cheddar, grated

  1. In a medium skillet over medium heat, met your ghee or butter.

  2. Add your onions, red peppers, and mushrooms and lightly sautée

  3. Meanwhile, in a small bowl, beat your eggs until fluffy.

  4. One your veggies have started to soften, add your eggs, stirring to combine. Stirring more often will result in a creamier egg texture.

  5. Cook until your desired doneness. Remove from pan.

  6. Serve with 1 slice of Ezekiel 4:9 Sprouted 100% Whole Grain Bread (not included in nutritional information).
