3 large Eggs
2 Tablespoons chopped Onions
2 oz. chopped Red Pepper
2 oz. chopped Mushrooms
2 Tablespoons Ghee (or Clarified Butter)
1 large block Mild Cheddar, grated
In a medium skillet over medium heat, met your ghee or butter.
Add your onions, red peppers, and mushrooms and lightly sautée
Meanwhile, in a small bowl, beat your eggs until fluffy.
One your veggies have started to soften, add your eggs, stirring to combine. Stirring more often will result in a creamier egg texture.
Cook until your desired doneness. Remove from pan.
Serve with 1 slice of Ezekiel 4:9 Sprouted 100% Whole Grain Bread (not included in nutritional information).
