Chicken Parm Crust Pizza

Crust Ingredients
1 pound ground chicken
1 egg, beaten
1/2 cup Almond Flour
1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese
1/4 cup Mozzarella Cheese
Garlic Powder, Italian Seasoning, Salt, Pepper, to taste
White Sauce
3/4 - 1 cup Heavy Whipping Cream
Garlic Powder, to taste
Oregano, to taste
Salt & Pepper, to taste
1/4 cup Mozzarella Cheese
Garlic Powder, Italian Seasoning, Salt, Pepper, to taste
Preheat oven to 375º.
In a bowl combine all all crust ingredients until well incorporated.
On a pizza stone, or on a parchment lined baking sheet, form your crust. Bake for 20-25 minutes. Remove from oven.
Increase oven temperature to 425º.
Heat White Sauce ingredients on medium heat until reduced and a thicker consistency.
Top crust with White Sauce.
Add keto friendly toppings such as: ham, mushrooms, onions, peppers, spinach, arugula, broccoli, etc.
Top with additional mozzarella. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until browned and bubbly.
