Chicken Parm Crust Pizza


Crust Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground chicken

  • 1 egg, beaten

  • 1/2 cup Almond Flour

  • 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese

  • 1/4 cup Mozzarella Cheese

  • Garlic Powder, Italian Seasoning, Salt, Pepper, to taste

White Sauce

  • 3/4 - 1 cup Heavy Whipping Cream

  • Garlic Powder, to taste

  • Oregano, to taste

  • Salt & Pepper, to taste

  • 1/4 cup Mozzarella Cheese

  • Garlic Powder, Italian Seasoning, Salt, Pepper, to taste

  1. Preheat oven to 375º.

  2. In a bowl combine all all crust ingredients until well incorporated.

  3. On a pizza stone, or on a parchment lined baking sheet, form your crust. Bake for 20-25 minutes. Remove from oven.

  4. Increase oven temperature to 425º.

  5. Heat White Sauce ingredients on medium heat until reduced and a thicker consistency.

  6. Top crust with White Sauce.

  7. Add keto friendly toppings such as: ham, mushrooms, onions, peppers, spinach, arugula, broccoli, etc.

  8. Top with additional mozzarella. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until browned and bubbly.
